By paying the stallholders fee, you have read the Terms and Conditions of Super Market and have agreed to them.


  • Your booking is only confirmed once your invoice has been paid, we reserve the right to cancel your place at any time. If the event is canceled by us you will receive a full refund of your stall fee, no additional compensation will be given to you for costs incurred.

  • ALL traders must hold relevant insurance. As of today We now require all traders to hold Public Liability insurance - of at least £1 million if you or any of your products cause harm to a member of the public you could be financially liable. You may also want to look into Product Insurance to protect your products. 

  • Super Market is not responsible for any costs incurred by the stallholder due to cancellation of an event

  • Bookings are non-transferable or refundable. If you fail to give notice of a cancellation your future places at our events could be canceled. no monies will be refunded. Bookings cannot be transferred to other dates. 

  • The space and furniture you will be provided differs from event to event and will be agreed with you at the time of booking via email but may change on the day without prior warning, we will do our best to accommodate your stall set up best we can. You are not permitted to use space outside your allotted area without the event manager on sites permission. 

  • Times of the event are subject to change without warning


  • All items must be fit for sale and safe, Super Market takes no responsibility for the goods sold - by selling with us the stallholder assumes all responsibility - we recommend product insurance

  • The event organiser reserves the right to refuse the sale of any goods on site

  • Public Liability insurance and H&S certificates, Food Handling Certificates must be held by any food vendors according to the guidelines Council in which the event is held

  • All items must be clearly priced

  • All items are well-displayed, tidy, organised, and not over-cluttered

  • Tables provided must be covered by a table cloth

  • POP UP Banners are not permitted, you may only hang banners on the wall behind you with the permission of the event manager on the day

  • All traders must arrive on site by the allotted time on the day of the market - given in the venue info pack - if you do not arrive by this time you will forfeit your place at the event, if you do not give notice before the start time of the event either by email, Facebook messenger or instagram messenger or via text you will also forfeit your deposit at future events booked with Super Market. 

  • You must conduct yourself in a friendly approachable manner, All of our events are fun, friendly and all-inclusive and we expect our visitors, staff and stallholders to share this attitude and help us create a safe space for all. Management reserves the right to cancel your stall at any point in the event of offensive or discriminatory behaviour from yourself - in this case you will be not given a refund and you can be asked to leave the venue. 


  • Security: Stallholders are responsible for their own stall security and monies. No responsibility is taken by the organisers for theft, loss or damage to items.

  • Safety: Stallholders are responsible for the safety of their table/ stall, i.e. setting items up in a safe & secure manner to avoid accidents, and the stallholder agrees to indemnify Super Market against all claims arising out of negligence on the part of the stallholder and/or their helpers.

  • Traders shall conduct their business in an honest, civil and business-like manner, without causing nuisance 

  • The markets shall be open for trading during the prescribed times, details of which shall be emailed to traders upon booking. All traders shall keep their allotted stall open for the sale of goods and services during the hours of opening. 

  • In the event of the cessation or interruption of the market shall not be liable for any damages, including profits, however caused. 


  • We reserve the right to refuse bookings from traders whose goods we feel are not in keeping with the ethos of the market. In particular we are not able to accept stalls which operate as franchisees

  • All rubbish produced by the stallholders must be taken away with them

  • Use of electricity must be requested at the time of booking, and outlets must not be used without permission. If items need PAT testing this is the responsibility of the stallholder.

  • No alcohol is to be sold at the event without the permission of the event manager

  • If requested traders will only park in allowed spaces

    • INFO - Please Read Carefully - 

    • 1. Priority will be given to those who book both days. (tramway only)

    • 2. All markets are carefully curated, if we cannot offer you a space at this time we will add you to our waiting list

    • 3. For those that book the two days stock can be left in the building / marquee overnight - at your own risk. For high value items we suggest taking these with you. (tramway only)

    • 4. Payment will be taken in full at time of booking via invoice card link or you can also pay via BACS if you wish

    • 5. Due to the nature of these events all booking are non-refundable or transferable - if you fail to turn up on the day without reasonable prior notice this could affect your bookings in the future.

    • 7. The times of the event and Tables, Logistical elements of the market may be subject to change

    • 8. All sellers must have public liability insurance of greater than 1 million


  • Super Market accepts no responsibility for any transaction entered into in the market enclosure between a seller and a buyer.

  • Super Market accepts no liability for the loss or damage of any kind suffered by any person who enters the market area and all persons who enter the market area do so at their own risk.

  • Super Market reserves the right to refuse entry to any persons without reason and you may and can be asked to leave an event at any time

  • Super Market reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time for both Stallholders and Visitors.
